Your job as Logistics Specialist Packaging
You excel in organising the logistics operations of all packaging of spare parts in Europe in our Spare Parts Quality department in Ghent, Belgium.
You get energy from
- Daily monitoring of the order process and managing the stock of all packaging materials;
- Monitoring the rotation of reusable packaging for internal transport;
- Monthly reporting on consumption, waste, purchases by suppliers, costs and budgets;
- Working out solutions for packaging standards, together with the business;
- Building and maintaining contacts with new and existing suppliers;
- Actively participating in continuous improvement projects for Quality.
Your strenghts
- You are a hands-on team player with an eye for sustainability, who works independently and accurately.
- You combine your Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of operational/logistics flows is a must.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
