Quality Control Inspector

Your job as Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector, you and your colleagues in Ghent monitor on a daily basis the quality of spare parts and accessories for cars, motorcycles and power products.

You get energy from

• Daily checking the quality of incoming goods. By physical and technical inspections, check of the presence of required documents … and comparing the quality with Honda Engineering Standards, technical drawings, specification lists, inspection reports, …;
• Administrative handling of inspection;
• Drawing up internal complaint reports in case of non-conformities, together with colleagues from Procurement & Inventory;
• Supporting technical and operational of both internal departments and Honda’s logistics branches in Europe.

Your strenghts

• You have a technical degree, preferably in Automechanics. This gives you product knowledge of cars, motorcycles, power products and their spare parts and accessories. And you can quickly analyse technical data and read well technical drawings.
• You have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quality-oriented position.
• You are a teamplayer who takes initiative and who is result-oriented.
• You have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
