Quality Control Associate

Your job as Quality Control Associate

As a Quality Control Associate, you and your colleagues in Ghent are responsible for handling market complaints and coordinating stock counts.

You get energy from

• Assessing and processing quality-related complaints so that customers can be resupplied as soon as possible;
• Administrative follow up of complaints in collaboration with the Parts Contact Center;
• Drawing up internal complaint reports in case of deviations, together with the colleagues from Procurement and Inventory;
• Technical and operational support of both internal departments and Honda’s logistics branches in Europe;
• Organising on a daily basis stock counts and following up the results;
• Administrative follow-up of waste processing.

Your strenghts

• You have a secondary diploma, preferably in a technical field.
• You have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quality-oriented position.
• You are a team player who takes initiative and is result-oriented.
• You have a basic knowledge of Ms Office, in particular Excel.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
